Who We Are
The LYWC is a private group founded by working composers who have recognized the unacceptable gender gap between male and female composers in the production industry.
What We Do
The group through meetings, workshops and scoring opportunities, train, support, and empower women to be competitive in compositional scoring for film and television.
Why We Exist
We exist to reverse this gender gap, educate the industry of the many capable women in this field, and provide a vehicle to foster an equal opportunity for women in music.
